Based on what I've seen from Leo in the past I would expect to see a general update about the lab results from the blood samples.  Probably nothing groundbreaking but I would like to hear the lab confirm that nothing alarming was seen in the blood work. So far we have seen "no observable" negative side effects. I think it's reasonable to assume that the next release would be lab confirmation of this. Since the last PR indicated that the second cohort would start mid December they might let us know that the dosing is set to begin or has just begun as well or break them up into two PRs. I guess there is always the outside chance of getting some news on the p21 marker but I believe that is still a bit premature considering this first cohort was the lowest dose. Just my guesses...
