Here's an analogy, it is like one of the owners of a roadside restaurant putting on the large sign that the beef they use for burgers is questionable. Won't make the other owners happy and doesn't make business sense. Not too savvy at all.
and the food is great here, some people just aren't patient or over-invested, and that is not the companies fault.

So its not wrong to use questionable Beef? But it is wrong to tell people about it? And as long as it tastes good, questionable Beef is OK too? Is that a official Health Department standard? And if you do happen to get sick, it is your own fault and not the company's? Really?
