At this time we (shareholder's) don't know who the players are at HC that are messing with our application. I highly doubt it's a front line manager, could be someone higher up or could be a group.

If someone gets fired then the next person will be starting from a clean slate. I think it's premature to think that the same players will be around for any lenght of time. Government people move jobs all the time.

Just my opinion but either way I'm optimistic the outcome will be good for us as we've done nothing wrong and are not indebted to that bitch karma.
