Agreed, if oil prices rise, we will not only see Rice well production be worth more, but petroleum deals will carry more value. IMO, based on the JVs that have been released, despite not closing, there are quite a few suppliers and buyers willing to deal with Xun. IMO, the more deals there are the better known XOM will be. To have been in a deal with a top 5 oil company has to carry some weight as well IMO!
Another thing to note is that when oil prices stabilize, negotiations can return on Falls Project.
