Oh, I know that they will have to work together once all is said and done but HC has acted badly in the past and forced CEN to go the legal route. Until CEN has the license which I think is a given with the pressure from the Mandamus there still exists a wall between CEN and HC. Both are working at cross purposes or have been for many months. I seriously doubt there were any hail fellow well met exchanges when Bill delivered the paperwork the other day.
