I really like how solid the pps is holding. In my head I know the pps on a daily basis doesn't matter as much since we are right around the corner from it sky rocketing, none the less I like to see the strong showing it's giving. The dips are a lot fewer between, the asks are holding tight. Confidence is high with the investment right now.

The lack of making information as readily available is definitely having a positive effect. People know it's close, but they don't know when. No one wants to sell with the hopes of re buying on a dip only to have it jump way up unexpectedly
