If you could possibly wait till this next mini is completed, I would suggest waiting.

Confidence in all areas is high that this one should be the one that launches us into Proving Flights.

Beg, borrow, beg some more - but your best bet (IMHO) is to hold out.

Can't you finance the new furnace? Use a credit card? Sell some other stock with much less near term upside potential.
