Frankly I think the ball is in CEN's court. The onus is on CEN to present an iron clad case as to why HC should not hold up licensing any longer. CEN will show in their documentation that they can take it beyond the judicial review if push comes to shove.

IMO The Prime Minister's Office would be VERY disappointed if HC brought the spotlight on the MMPR program in court and the Minister of Health knows it.

IMO this will be settled very soon and we will get the license.
