Ya, saw that. I am sure that made the shareholders very happy.....(sarcasm). Quite frankly I am surprised that they didn't get shut down by the SEC years ago. Haven't really been keeping up, but, the old management team needed to go, so, I don't know if they ever did that or not. Not even in the same business anymore are they ?
