In Jones' letter to shareholders he basically states that they are behind and have some catching up to do. They make it sound like it was RC's fault yet he is blamed for being over ambitious. The Rico rollout and lack of any updates or apparent marketing of it is just the latest in their all to familiar modus operandi. I'm starting to think the problem wasn't with Calkin. Not only do they have some catching up to do but they have some making up to do with shareholders.
