With all due respect, I really think we should avoid discussing reverse splits right now....Baltia has stated, as you well know, that no reverse split is planned. So if it's purely a RS-related question, google has the answer.
Russell surely knows the answer, so perhaps he can provide insight on WHY Baltia would want to avoid a RS for the time being.
