It's standard practice in penny land by bashers to quack R/S several times per year as a way the spread FUD.
A R/S has to be announced by the company, and 8-K filed, all details and the date.
Unless the company, not some message board poster advises the investment community of such, then there is none.
Bottom line...ignore it.
