He assume 4 streams annually at $9.99 multiply by number of subscribers. You get BBs number. My expectation is somewhere around 1.5 million subscriber at the end of 2016 with 9.99 per month avg. some pay more some pay much less but the avg would be 9.99 per month. This is in line with others content provider.
