DUTV has never stated that it has any business dealings with Virtutone! Their partners are only described as "Clients" That is a fact!
What's the big deal waiting for an unaudited financial? So it's late!
Garry stated three facts:
One being preparation for an audit!
Second being, once the audit is complete, DUTV will submit a registration statement!
Third being, at the present moment there is not going to be a reverse split!
And, if and when an Audit comes it, all will be made clear. There will be no more rumours! (Canadian Spelling) lol
