It seems like just a year ago investors were thrilled that the flagship processor was cranking out diesel at 230 bbls/day to supplement processor #2's full production.
It would be another four months, where investors were allowed to believe full production was happening, before Mr. Heddle would finally announce that the first two quarters were really a bust because the plant had been kaput since late 2013.
