Well, any sale at all at any price above scrap metal value where actual cash changes hands in the transaction and where the company's hallmark of funny business doesn't come into play would go a long way toward credibility.
The reason PTOI is deemed to be a scam is because the company's original claims, which were never retracted, about $10/bbl oil with a market value of WTI-$3 were fake. Even today the company continues to say the process is commercially viable while never having shown that to be remotely true.
