8k is coming , there was a article in the LA times today about waste drilling and produced water and need to find a way to clean it so it could be used .
Bakersfield needs water . If Treaty can use the sandbox treatment on produced water we can make a lease which is shut in due to high coast of hauling water off .
Into a profitable lease . Once we can prove this Treaty will have a edge .
