The impression Niagra Guy got from the LieHub board regarding the class action was not to do class action and ride it to the end. My impression was the class action wouldn't result in termination of stock but give investors money based upon their investment during the time period identified. I didn't get the impression it would in anyway change the stock count at present. Am I missing something?
