Yes, my understanding is the X date is 2 Business days BEFORE the record date. and all shares bought on the X day are not qualified for DIV and all shares sold that day will lose qualifying rights. So, I assume Thursday will be the last day to accumulate. Then record is taken and 3 days later (standard), to be sure all are fairly paid div, it is our payout date. Just my understanding, but i do admit it may be wrong. Either way, I'm holdin these sweet sweet shares. Great day today, wonder when we'll have the next dip.
