Those that have short positions, and/or associated with entities that have short positions, want the announcement of a reverse split. It devastates the pps and the shorts make a killing in the following days/weeks/months of the announcement. IMO, those promoting the RSS are exposing their agenda with respect to the stock position they are defending. If they can be defeated, by the company becoming self funded through revenues, then a short squeeze will be imminent. That is why every time the pps starts rising, and new investors start posting on the message boards, they initiate a full out assault by bringing up the subjects of BK/RSS/SCAM. Most recently they have chosen RSS as their weapon to create fear...

I can only hope Margrit understands this and makes them pay for what they have done to the company stock and its long term shareholders.
