I agree with spiceman, IMO based on the information posted on the company website, there is a lot going on with the joint ventures in the background. As I am writing this, I see that the 10Q was addressed on the company website. Granted it is delayed, I am glad to see they addressed the issue of the 10Q instead of not saying anything.
