to me it is very clear that strong hands hold the majority of shares here. We would be below a penny if not for that. Once we get past .03, "might be a touch higher now" as many have bought in the .016 to 7 range. flippers usually want a double. When they are out and if we can keep it moving forward it will start moving quickly. Be ready. What the flippers love and mm's also is to see it run up to say .03 then fall back to .015 so they can do it again. MM's will do everything possible to keep that happening. we have to break their hold. It will get done when time is right.
