Many people like Etrade-believe they have free L2.
Just a thought!
I use Fidelity to trade-TDA for free L2!
In addition-Fidelity has IMMEDIATE Trading for funds transfered from a bank account-NO WAITING. There may be an account minimun-not sure.
Might be worth a check for "broker policy". Do not know about Etrade rules.
