GS, I fully agree. In addition isn't all this "getting out the word" just plain common sense for any business professional? Especially business professionals who go into a business selling retail products? If they plan on the initial marketing plan to be web-based then at least use social media to point to the sites. Who knows what they are thinking about when it comes to advertising or marketing or what they plan on doing about it? The longer it goes with obvious signs of doing little, the more frustrating it becomes and the more FUD that can be instilled.
