No matter how many times in PTOI the "patent pending" is called out, it sneaks its way back in there--just a continual 'honest mistake' which keeps popping up.
From the last press release, "The Company's patent-pending Plastic2Oil(R) (P2O(R)) process is a commercially viable, scalable proprietary process designed to provide immediate economic benefit for industry, communities and government organizations with waste plastic recycling challenges."
Investors should also take note that PTOI put out that the process is "commercially viable." If investors want to recover any of their losses by going after Mr. Heddle's assets, it's little fibs like that from the company which will count.
