I support this change with every single share of MPIX that I own. You can see how many shares I own as per the 14C filed on Feb. 17/15, my name is the fifth name down the list which matches the initials of my alias. I sent in my consent.
I sent in my cancellation of the proxy to support the a/s increase and I am requesting that my name be removed from the 14c ASAP.
I am very disappointed in what Victor has not achieved and this change is needed immediately. I have met with and spoken to Victor multiple times, his time is up and he needs to go.
It is a shame how much we have lost and how much we are bleeding as shareholders with a pps of 0004.
