That's a very good question. There is no doubt Jerry has been a very busy man. He definitely has a lot of irons in the fire. Reading through all the red tape to get one transaction done is mind boggling. I understand when he says one part of the transaction fails may result in starting all over again. But I strongly believe when the first transaction is complete all the rest will fall in line. As he stated in one of his forum post today he is learning from each transaction, once he figures out the correct methodology things will start to flow smoothly.
