How can you ethically fail a mini-evac when the slides don't open, they are certified products purchased by Baltia and expected to open properly but they don't.

There is no way of testing them ahead of time. They are obviously faulty through no fault of Baltia............ so how do you fault Baltia and fail the test. I would understand if it was through Baltia's actions.

Am I wrong about this or missing something?

I just don't get it.
