I don't know who TONY is (nor the message poster who said to call him), but why would we go on someone's word in the financial department? I'm not comfortable with that speculation as due diligence. To me it could have been a ploy to drop the share price.

I am doubtful that for such a serious milestone as the mini evac someone in the finance office would casually report how the test went! Insider information can be either bad OR good news that could affect share purchases or sales, so I'm wondering about this story.
