I believe in your conclusion as quoted "I seriously doubt Mr. Schneiderman would bring on Gregory FCA if he didn't believe SCRC had a viable and impelling story to tell the investment world." Similarly, I would add that the well respected firm of Gregory FCA ,would never take on a penny stock, like SCRC if they didn't believe that Mr.Schneiderman had a viable and compelling story to tell the investment world.
