I think Gerald's forecasting of the impact of catalysts has not been very good. He said in early October of 2014 that we were "on target" to up list by year end. He said that we don't know that we'll even need a RS to up list, but that if we do our value will be substantially higher due to all the catalysts we have.
And as we've all observed.....that didn't happen.....at all.
Good things have happened, but nothing to increase shareholder value as Gerald has promised. So I think Gerald and his team's plans to get our pps up have not worked thus far and they need to go back to the drawing board to figure out what will work, and soon!
I don't think they can keep funding all the acquisitions, clinical trials, salaries and other expenses all through dilution for very long. They might have to do a deal soon that they didn't want to do....just so they can bring in some money. That is not what they wanted....they wanted the good news they've released to raise the pps but that hasn't worked, so now they must go to plan B.
