Here is the current thinking about advertising......by the time they CAN apply for ticket sales and advertising, they will be so close to certification that they will actually achieve it upon certification before the DOT would have time to approve the request.

In other words....once Baltia passes the mini, they intend to blow right through Proving Flights and get their certificate before anyone at the DOT has a chance to open the "ticket sales and advertising request" envelope.

Of course, if there was a hiccup, and the Proving Flights did get delayed (but the mini was passed), then I'm sure Baltia would reconsider filing for the application for the request.

As it is now, everyone involved expects to pass the mini and make a mad dash to the finish line.........
