My thinking is if the spinoff is completed prior to the license we will have a chance to greatly increase our portfolios before the rocket leaves the pad then when that boost is exhausted and an uplisting occurs we will be sitting pretting sweet.

If at opening the pps takes even a little dip I'm buying!!
