Excellent DD Bake!  It appears that Therma-Med can't raise funds without selling shares.  And that can't happen at this time.

If Therma-Med had a good business plan.  Some Private Equity Investor would step in and invest in the company.  But, that doesn't appear to be happening either.

If the CEO would spend time raising private money instead of being concerned with DTCC, things might be working out a little better for Therma-Med.  And maybe she will start doing that.
