As a farmer and with the size of those buildings we could put enough layers (chickens) in there to make people miserable 5 miles away. And come the heat of late spring early summer the flies would all but destroy close by homes. I'm from just west of Detroit, if a few of you locals are into it I'll commute an hour each way for a few months. They would pay CEN BIO to come back. Use the profit from the eggs to put the building back in sterling shape and have enough left over to bye the locals who wanted to get double the worth of their homes for about half what there worth....just sayin'
