Surely the only thing that would need inspection would be the Pods themselves since the rest of the facility had already passed the first inspection less the two other small items that were easily corrected I believe on the spot or soon thereafter and would not require further inspection of those items. As for ball dropping it could be that the Pods had not been delivered by the manufacturer or were on back order. That information was never disclosed since almost immediately the stalling began in earnest as well as the bashing intensifying. It seemed from that point on we were dodging bullets and knives being tossed at us while HC hid behind procedure while scheming to deny the license after a prolonged wait meant to tire out the company and divest the company of capital with which to mount a counter attack once delay was no longer viable. The detective work done by some astute shareholders seems to have put a very large hole in the coordinated effort to get rid of CEN Biotech by attrition.
