I just read something interesting. New Age Medical solutions was notified of their rejection by HC on August 10, 2014. Apparently they must have missed the statute of limitations to file an Application for Judicial Review. There is a general time limit of 30 days to file for judicial review, but this timeframe can be less than 30 days for some areas. It looks like New Age filed a Motion to Extend the Timeline on October 28th, 2014. I am not sure why they missed the deadline.
I am glad we filed for the judicial review within the timframe needed. It seems like the motion to extend takes a long time and you have to prove why you need more time and didn't file within the timeframe. I guess they are still waiting to see if they will get the extension to be able to file for judicial review. Also looks like HC may be stalling.
