Just posting another reason I am still long on GRCU aside from all the amazing products we are selling nationally and globally. As I posted here the other day, my order for Rico Suave hadn't been processed and I called GRCU to have completed which they did.
I found out though UPS today, that a form was missing before my order could be delivered. I called and left a message for GRCU, amazingly a few hours later, I received an e-mail with a conformation the form was submitted. I also called just after the e-mail to confirm and the gentleman that answered the phone was very polite and didn't brush me off. It generally seemed like he cared and was interested in making sure my order was processed correctly.
I can't wait for the next PR to be released. It can't come soon enough. With service like I had today, I only see GRCU going to new heights in 2015!
