Don't worry too much about their response. The judicial review filing is very good. This can easily be escalated and the GOV knows it. Maybe even a shareholder class action suit to boot. The whole build it first then we'll give you a license is flawed. Way too much invested for this to just go away. What the hell were they thinking!
