I must have missed your post. By all means, tell us who chose Mr. Heddle to be CEO even though Mr. Bordynuik owned a controlling interest in PTOI at the time by the super-voting preferred shares and would have complete control over that decision. The preferreds were only slightly affected by a previous agreement to elect a board of directors.
