I doubt the inspectors who actually do the work want to see Cen fail. Remember that Bill and team have built to a very high standard and that likely got the respect from the inspectors who went to site.

This thing is at a much higher level. People are going to be losing their jobs and reputations over this. Greed kills all men/woman.
