Shamika2Gold was established as a spin-off from Canadian-based Shamika Resources, a company in the business of mineral exploration and the development of natural resource properties.
Management is currently evaluating opportunity in Nutraceuticals and specialty beverage distribution. Each potential business line has its own unique capital needs and potential cash flows. Management has also commissioned consultants to assist in various corporate functions, including corporate strategy. These consultants bring strategic and financial resources to the Company and have funded some of our corporate obligations
