I am hoping that at worst, HC will say that Cen Biotech provided a satisfactory reply to the letter of intent to refuse and then announce that the company will fall back in line where they left off. No fireworks, no licence, no hoopla. At this point, it is crucial to prove they are not a pump and dump but a serious business in Canada.
