Good point Picon and I was thinking the exact same thing. Anyone looking at this will clearly see this is a time sensitive issue; HC has not communicated with Cen since August of 2014...WTF!

On the Roger thing I believe Bill said he was new for reasons not yet known but possibly to the attention off of him from Bash Inc.??
