I believe since all eyes are on us, including potential LP's waiting in the mist, some that were afraid earlier in the game, might want to charge ahead with a like minded suit. In which case could potential light a fire under the toes of HC, pressuring them to do what they're ment to do. Time will tell. I feel our position in the matter was a wise and concise choice for us. We will prevail!
