Would be interesting to know New Ages time line regarding suit. Someone just posted on Facebook that they spoke with someone at New Age and was told they are still haggling and apparently they are licensed under MMAR not MMPR?... I didn't know there was a difference. Also what exactly is their suit about? Is it same as ours ? We are suing to force HC to stop dragging their feet and I believe New Age is suing to overturn a rejection. Just trying to see how long this may take. If anyone has information please correct me
