Just getting caught up here with recent events.
What is happening is Bill has filed for the Federal court to issue a writ of Mandamus. This is to force H/C to act in accordance with the laws and rules set forth in the MMAR, and not in their own discression or interpretation of said laws and rules.
It is the perfect action to take and I totally agree on the move. It is time to stop the BS. GLTA
