Its simple for the "daytrader" 
If Baltia passes this time (highly likely) we jump on board. We all know the levels of resistance/support and we all know that even .02 would be a solid buy.(of course if they pass)
Pass = buy anywhere from .017-.02 no problem. PPS rises and breaks .024 resistance quick. Who knows how high, but it will be a nice ride.
They don't pass = No money$$$ loss.(day trader)
