My view is this and being new here I was unaware there was an accepted off to buy the mines from MSJ, I just thought MSJ was in control of the mine assets, how do we know this to be true?
Also, MSJ would only enter the market and go public if they knew they had this sale locked up and any short would need to cover and any new money would want it, so there is a logic to go public, open up and on that day with buy out news and raise the roof on the price.
Other than doing that, the sale could be annouced and we just get a settlement check for the share of value
Make sense, comments, thougts?
