I disagree... this is what was needed to push HC..i just reviewed the suit ..one of the main concerns was HC taking their time to review the site to grant a license,seems to me that this will be addressed quickly by HC or court ordered to review..it also seems that cen bio has the facility ready for final inspection.jmho
